If your forgot password email does not arrive in your inbox it may have gone into your junk folder. If this happens, please mark this email as safe so further emails from us go to your inbox.

Also be aware: Some email providers such as Hotmail have a setting to automatically delete any messages that go into your junk folder. If you suspect this might happen, please make sure the address contact@myfacecommunity.com has been added to your "Safe Sender" list before requesting your password. To do this in Hotmail, click "Options" then "More Options", then go to the "Safe Senders" page.
